This is Elice. She is 8
months old. We were called when someone found her lying by the road.
She required immediate surgery. Her front right leg
has been amputated and the skin sewed together on her front left leg to close another large wound.
Dr. Mark Gardner
at the Corfu Vet Clinic said she had to have been thrown out of a vehicle
moving at a very fast speed!!!
Her care is getting very
expensive and as you all know we are already short on funds. If there is anyway
you can help to pay for her care she, and we, would really appreciate it.
The medication she is now on
consists of:
Antibiotics: 1 mL. of Clindamycin
twice a day
.5 mL of Red Cell twice a day
Immune Builders: 1 mL. of Nutri-Cal twice a
day
1/8 of a pill of Famciclovir
1 mL. of Viralys twice a day
50cc of Fluids twice a day
1 mL. Vitamin B shot
Pain Medication: 2 drops of Metacam once a
day
