We got our German shepard/husky dog from this shelter almost 15 years ago. We got to enjoy her up untill a few weeks ago. Ginger passed away due to cancer and other problems. She was a very energitc, and loving girl. All the other animals loved to play and cuttle with her. The last few years she was slowing down but still enjoyed her walks and played tug of war. The winters got to be harder on her. She was taken care of by the family and the other dog and cats. Just wanted to say thank you for letting us adopt this loving dog. We were honored to be able to have her for many years.

I am so happy to hear that this shelter is still a no-kill shelter. I commend you highly for assisting in the issue with the cats from the Attica Correctional Facility. I have two cats who were both adopted (not from the SPCA, however) and I don't know what I would do without them. In the future, I may even adopt more. :)

What a great shelter! We love our cat from there, he is "purr"fect!

I adopted two male cats from the Eastern Hills site last month. They are the sweetest, most affectionate cats I have had the pleasure to meet. They act like they are brothers and you can see how much they love each other. After being in a shelter for almost 2 years, they have adapted to my home like they have lived here since they were kittens. They even ignore my dog that barks everytime she hears them running around. Thank you Sue; Ross and Cole are a testament to your love and dedication to these animals.

You have a place at Eastern Hills Mall? I go there all the time but I didn't know you were there because I don't usually go by the theatres. Milo is 5 months old now and doing well. He just had his picture taken with Santa at Petco. He was so good. He looked right at the camera and he looked so cute with his Christmas collar.

We now have 2 from the SPCA - Mac and Cuddles and what joy they are. The best cats and have adjusted easily. What a great job you are doing.

We were going to wait until September to adopt a kitty for my daughter, but after the story aired on the news that the Correctional Facility lost their farm we knew it was time! Mr. Mittens (Tate) is a welcome addition to our family and we love him immensely! Thank You!
